For the past two years, Carol Hubbard has served as executive director for St. Paul’s PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly). She has spear-headed the expansion of PACE into two additional service areas. Hubbard also has taken the St. Paul’s team through two successful state and federal surveys. Thanks to Hubbard’s leadership, the PACE team has served nearly 300 chronically ill and frail low-income seniors who, without the support of PACE, would have had to live in institutional environments. Hubbard’s empowering management style has allowed her executive team to grow professionally as new and innovative projects have been tackled. She is regarded as an excellent listener who is flexible, respectful, trusting, kind, humble and caring.
